You’ve got 7 days to do it.

​Any item purchased directly through our website can be refunded if it is returned within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, your item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging in which you received it.

​Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on opened or used products due to hygiene purposes.

​We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order. However, mistakes do occur at times. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. ​Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

​We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days.
